I began painting furniture for my family eight years ago after being inspired by a friend's hand painted designer table and chair set. I loved the rich colors used and the detail. Every part of the set had something new to look at and no 2 chairs were alike. I did not have experience with this type of painting, but I decided I could at least make something colorful! I was also lured by the affordability of unpainted or previously used furniture compared to show room pieces.

Over the years, I have gained confidence and branched out to include numerous themes in my painted pieces. However, nature is my most beloved topic. I do not repeat designs, so you will not find the same design in someone else's home!
